The 2011 Courage Classic

On July 23-25, 2,000 bicyclists will be joined by volunteers, staff, family and friends in Copper Mountain for this year’s Courage Classic, a three-day bicycle tour through the Colorado Rockies. This annual benefit ride for Children’s Hospital Colorado covers 157 miles of scenic mountain passes, and last year, helped to raise more than $2.3 million for kids.

Courage Classic is looking for volunteers
***Courage Classic is looking for volunteers to help marshal the tour route on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (July 23-25). Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and will receive a t-shirt, complimentary meals and are welcome to join in on the event festivities at Copper Mountain.

Volunteers will be positioned along the route, pointing out tricky turns, the nearest aid stations and cheering on the determined riders. Marshal shifts are typically four hours long.

Help make Courage Classic a success and have fun outdoors at the same time!  Volunteer for one day or multiple days!  To register as a volunteer for this year’s Courage Classic simply visit CourageTours.com today!

The goal is to make the 2011 Courage Classic the most successful yet for improving The Children’s Hospital's care for kids and families around the Rocky Mountain Region.
Thanks for giving the kids hope!
