Pumpkin Festival

Celebrate fall at Pumpkin Festival. This three-day event is a great tradition for the entire family. Select from a wide variety of pumpkins in the massive pumpkin patch. Pumpkin prices vary by size. Entry includes pumpkin carving demonstrations; hay, pony and barrel train rides; mini maze; jumping pillow; five carnival game tickets; face painting and live music. The Corn Maze, food, drinks, bull rides and more are available for purchase.

Fall Plant & Bulb Sale

Get a jump start on your spring garden at the Fall Plant & Bulb Sale. Hundreds of bulbs and Grown at the Gardens plants are offered, along with expert advice from our horticulturists.It is best to arrive early, as supplies go fast. Please remember to bring your own wagon so you can stock up on all of your favorite plants. 

Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms'

Wind your way through the corn and help Farmer Green find his lost animals. Life-size animal cutouts are hidden throughout the maze for fun photo opportunities. The maze can be viewed from two 15-foot tall illuminated bridges. Visitors under the age of 10 can explore the mini-maze.Tickets include one hayride, barrel train ride (for children 12 and under) and unlimited jumping on a giant pillow. Pony rides and hamster balls are available for an additional fee. An array of food vendors sell favorite fall foods such as funnel cakes, hotdogs, freshly squeezed lemonade and kettle corn.

The Colorado Restaurant Association and Southern Wine & Spirits of Colorado are pleased to present the 11th Annual Denver Food and Wine, a culinary, wine and spirits classic event.  Over this four-day event being September 9 – 12, 2015, patrons will indulge in wine, spirits, and delectable cuisine at a variety of events leading up to the DFW Grand tasting to be held on Saturday, September 12th, from 1:00 to 4:00p.m. at the Auraria Campus.

Living Beyond Breast Cancer is dedicated to connecting you to trusted information and support.  Our Annual Fall conference will be right here at the Marriott Denver City Center, where survivors will share their stores, renowned experts will discuss treatments,  and a knowledgeable caring staff will help put on the path to understanding and addressing your condition-on your terms.  To register for Wellness Weekend and learn more about the work we do on behalf of those diagnosed with breast cancer, click.

Yoga on the Steps: Denver

You and your friends will participant in one of Denver's largest outdoor charity yoga events while supporting people in your community who are affected by breast cancer. Susan G. Komen Colorado Race for the Cure

Registration is now open for the Komen Colorado Race for the Cure on September 27th at the Pepsi Center.  Register by July 15th using the code “Race 2015” to save $5 off registration
Do you love those long-sleeve Race t-shirts? For an extra $10 you can order one through the month of June.  All participants are encouraged to honor the survivors and co-survivors in their lives by “Getting Your Superhero Groove On.”  Dress up as your favorite superhero on Race Day.  
Registration is the start, all participants are encouraged to fundraise. If every participant raised an additional $100, Komen Colorado would raise $3 million for breast cancer programs and research!   For more information and to sign up visit

Light the Night Walk 2015

Light The Night is an evening fundraising Walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by blood cancers. During the walk, participants carry illuminated lanterns - white for survivors, red for supporters and gold in memory of loved ones lost to a blood cancer.More than a Walk, the evening includes refreshments, entertainment, music and kids' activities.

Light The Night Walk is a fundraising campaign of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) which brings together families and communities to honor blood cancer survivors, as well as those lost to the diseases, and shine a light on the importance of finding cures and providing access to treatments for blood cancer patients.
