Make Hangovers a Thing of the Past

May 14, 2018

There's nothing worse than waking up with a pounding headache after accidentally enjoying a few too many beverages. Thankfully, researchers at UCLA are working hard to eliminate hangovers. A professor has acreated a "hangover pill" filled with natural enzymes that are usually found in liver cells, which help the body process alcohol faster. The research team involved with this pill is so encouraged by the early results, they'll begin testing it on humans in a year or so. Can Casey and Hartwick volunteer to participate?

Every now and then, a hangover can be credited to one heck of a wedding celebration! Turns out, couples with big weddings, may not make it long-term. A new survey has found that couples who spent more than $30,000 on their big day were more likely to worry about impressing their guests when compared to couples who spent under $10,000. THose worries may even transfer from the wedding and into the marraige. No good.

First comes love, then comes marraige, then comes a baby with a very common name. Emma remains the top name among baby girls in the US, but the first lady seems to have given Melania a boost. In the annual rankings put out by the Social Security Administration, Melania rose from No. 1,650 in 2016 to No. 930 in 2017, a jump of 720 spots. Donald didn't see the same rise in popularity and came in at No. 488, again.
