AUDIO: Get Paid to Vacation

We've all had the impulse to quit our jobs and move to our favorite vacation spot. It's an awesome fantasy, that for one perfectly qualified person, will become a reality. The tourism website Cancun.com is searching for a CEO - Cancun Experience Officer. This lucky lad or lass will get $10,000 a month to explore all that Cancun has to offer, and share it on their website and social media platforms. The gig only lasts six months, but when most trips to Cancun last around six days, that will feel like forever!

The key to scoring that awesome Cancun job might not be having the right qualifications, but turning your resume in at the right time. A recent study by TalentWorks found that applications received after 7:30 pm were the least likely to get attention, and resumes sent between 6 am and 10 am were the most likely to be noticed. Why's that? Resumes sent early in the morning are most likely to be on top of hiring managers inboxes and are seen first.

Something you don't see, well ever, are strip clubs bringing breasts and thighs to the public. Sorry, we had to make the joke. A group of clubs in and around Broward County, Florida, plan to distribute 3,000 turkeys to the local community for Thanksgiving. This will be the 11th year for this giveaway, and more than $1.5 million in turkeys have been given away since it began.

We might not be here for the 600th year of the annual strip club turkey giveaway, because the planet might not exist. Scientist Stephen Hawking says earth will be a "sizzling ball of fire by the year 2600," if artificial intelligence doesn't kill us all first. Hawking thinks climate change is what's going to wipe us out, which is why he's trying to figure out a way to get people to Mars. At least we've got that option, and Matt Damon made it look pretty cool.

This, and a whole lot more, happened on The Morning Show. Check it out here:
