Field-day foibles fuel family fun!

I have fond memories of field-days as a child at Greenwood Elementary School  on Holly.  Fifty yard dashes run while hoping that Lisa Nock would see me win...the crab-walk domination both frontwards and backwards...I was determined to win.  The blue, red and white ribbons have long been lost to the years...but my inflated memories of little "Danny Mitchell's" field-day dominance live on!  And now, a chance to create some new ones.

June 27th, the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, a non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities learn to ski, kayak, camp, bike and more, is holding a field day event!  Your 22 dollar registration fee goes directly to them.  Hey, you can even win some more ribbons!  The deadline for entry is this Friday, June 5th
